2. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds or exchanges for products in the following situations:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a full refund or exchange.

  • Incorrect Order: If we have made an error with your order (e.g., wrong item, incorrect flavor), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will rectify the issue by offering a refund or exchange.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Opened Products: Once the dog treats have been opened, they cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if your dog does not like the treats. We recommend checking the ingredients and reviewing your dog's dietary needs before purchasing.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at pawreospantry@gmail.com or use the contact form on our website. Please provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Provide Evidence: For damaged or defective products, please include clear photos of the issue, such as the damaged packaging or treats.

  3. Return Instructions: Once your refund request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on how to return the product, if necessary.

5. Refund Processing

Once we’ve received the returned product and approved your refund request, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange (e.g., a different flavor or product), we will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement item. The original product must be returned in its unused condition.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Refunds: If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will refund the full order amount, including shipping costs.

  • Exchanges: If you’re requesting an exchange, the cost of shipping the replacement item will be covered by us for defective or incorrect products. You may be required to cover shipping costs for change of mind or other non-defective issues.
