6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately. We will work with Royal Mail to investigate the issue.

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damaged item and packaging and email it to us at pawreospantry@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. We will offer a replacement or refund for damaged items.
